A new land ethic is taking root on 31,900 acres north of Los Angeles managed by an alliance of environmentalists and cattlemen who want to preserve ranching as a way of life while also protecting mountain lion, black bear, golden eagles and other wildlife.

What would you do if you win the  $500 Mega Millions

Here is what I would do:
1) Buy ALL of my clients' homes and lots land that I currently listed :)
2) Pay off all the debts and taxes...
3) Give portion of the winning money to my kids, my brother, my parents..

4) Get a new car for each and every one of my immediate family.
5) Pay off the house.
6) Invest in gold, stocks
7) get a very good gift  to all my good friends ....

8) Give to charities of my choice!!!

9) put the rest of the money in the bank..

There you go and I am off to buy the tickets LOL..
